The famous basketball player Luol Deng has returned to Juba supporting peace and encouraging South Sudanese to engage in peaceful sports competition.
He established the Manut Bol Court at the University of Juba to encourage students to play basketball. The new court is named after another famous South Sudanese baller, the late Manut Bol.
Luol Deng is a Sudanese-British basketball player who currently plays for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA), the USA professional basketball league.
