The governor of South Sudan’s Aweil East state says health would be his government’s number one priority.

Governor Deng Deng Akuei said this Tuesday during the launching of Integrated Measles Vaccination Campaign at Wanyjok Maternity Hospital to vaccine children.

He urged all parents to ensure that their children get measles vaccination.

The measles vaccination campaign was organized by the Aweil East state ministry of health in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) and other health organizations in the area.
