The governor of South Sudan’s Aweil East state has issued an order sacking Mangartong county commissioner and issued another gubernatorial decree appointing a new official.

According to the order issued on Tuesday, Governor Deng Deng Akuei removed Garang Deng Athian from his position as Mangartong county commissioner and replaced with Kerubino Makuac Kuol. No reason was mentioned the order.

The new county commissioner confirmed his appointment.
