Aweil East governor replaces security advisor

 Deng Deng Akuei, governor of Aweil East has issued several orders relieving some officials in his administration and making appointments to replace those he removed from their positions.

 Deng Deng Akuei, governor of Aweil East has issued several orders relieving some officials in his administration and making appointments to replace those he removed from their positions.

Governor Deng in an order broadcast by the local radio station in Malualkon town, the administrative headquarters of the new state on Friday, removed Bona Makuac Mawien from his position as security advisor in his administration. He replaced him with Awet Kiir Awet as the new security advisor.  In another order the governor removed Ayuel Yai Deng from his position as the minister of information and appointed him the new Malualkon town mayor.

 Ayuel was replaced with Garang Malong Awan, whom he removed from his position as the minister of agriculture and replaced with Achol Zachariah Ngor. 

The former security advisor, Bona Makuach Mawien was assigned as the chairman of employee’s justice chamber, a low level position from previous assignments.
