Relevant authorities have formed a committee to investigate the cause of a plane crash in Yei town, which injured scores of people, a senior official said.
A Uganda registered aircraft belonging to Eagle Air crashed shortly after take-off in Yei town, southeast of South Sudan, but all 17 passengers and three crew members from Uganda survived.
The Director of Juba International Airport, Kur Kuol told Radio Tamazuj that the Ugandan plane entered South Sudan without the knowledge of the civil aviation authorities in Juba.
He pointed out that they would investigate the cause of the incident.
