The impeached Speaker of the Western Bahr el Ghazal legislative assembly Andrea Mayar has accused Governor Rizig Zachariah Hassan of interfering in the affairs of the assembly.
In an interview with Radio Tamazuj, he said that the governor pressured and incentivized MPs to campaign for his impeachment. The Speaker has challenged his impeachment as illegitimate.
