Members of the Anyuak tribe in Boma state, one of South Sudan’s newly created states, are still demanding the split of Boma into two states.
The Anyuak community leaders renewed their demands for a separate state saying they are being marginalized in Boma state.
The leaders also complained about increasing incidents of child abductions and cattle rustling allegedly by Murle tribesmen.
Pochalla is a hard-to-reach area with no good roads linking it to other areas in South Sudan.
