Refugees in Al Jimam camp in South Sudan are continuing to face food, water and shelter shortages.
A lack of knowledge has restricted local organisations from maintaining the water pumps, said food security coordinator Al Simoa Adlan.
Refugees continue to flood into the camp as the little amount of food available for camp residents is unstable and leading to diseases caused by malnutrition particularly amongst children, added Adlan
He appealed to humanitarian organisations to move to provide food, water and shelter before the rainy season begins in a few months time.
