Air raids on Nuba villages, southern Sudan, damage farms, injure five

The Sudanese Air Force allegedly bombed villages in Umm Dorain county in the Nuba Mountains, South Kordofan.

Speaking to Radio Dabanga, the Spokesperson of the Sudanese People’s Liberation Movement-North, Arnu Ngutulu Lodi, reported that an Antonov launched attacks on the villages of Enderra and Ashroon on Sunday.

Three bombs, dropped on Enderra village at about 4pm, injured five people, Khadija Ali Angalo (85), Ayoub Daluka Angalo (38), Hanan Daluka Angalo (35), Pristilla Um Dabalo Tawer (70), and Ibrahim Ali Zeidan (75). Their house was destroyed and a donkey was killed. Nearby farms were damaged.

Another four bombs were dropped in the area of Ashroon village at about at 4.30pm, causing huge damage to the farms in the area, apart from raising fear and terror among the residents.
