In an interview with Radio Tamazuj on Friday, Dr. Achai Chol Malual said the health care center in Agok in particular is witnessing a shortage of rooms, medical staffs, and medicines.

She noted the Agok Civil Hospital is facing shortages of intravenous solutions and life-saving medicines, medical equipments for operations as well as trained medical workers.

The doctor appealed to the national health ministry in Juba, the Abyei Administration and health organizations to join efforts to improve the health condition of hospitals in the Abyei area.
