Agel Ring Machar, spokesman of the SPLM-IO faction allied to First Vice President Taban Deng Gai, donated 15,000 SSP to a woman who delivered triplets in Turalei town in South Sudan’s Twic State on Monday.
Akuol Chol hails from Agol Kou village in Pan Nyok County of Twic State. She delivered the triplets on a normal delivery at Mother Teresa Hospital.
The hospital's midwife confirmed that the babies are in good health but also appealed to relatives and well-wishers to support the babies.
On Wednesday, Agel Ring Machar, the spokesperson of the SPLM-IO faction led by the country’s First Vice President Taban Deng Gai donated an amount of 15,000 SSP after seeing the mother’s photos appealing for help on social media.
Machar pointed out he will be supporting the babies since the parents and relatives are vulnerable.
Manut Deng Athuai, the father of babies thanked Agel Machar for supporting the new born babies.
