The Abyei Chief Administrator has relieved former local officials advisers and appointed new members to the government.
Chol Deng Alaak said that the officials have a long list of achievements, and they should do well in their current posting. The security advisor and commissioners all together took oath in front of the chief administrator and his cabinet in Abyei town.
Alaak appointed SPLA reserve General Deng Rogdit Miyen as security advisor.
Former commissioner of Amadh Aguook County, Malual Monyluak was named commissioner for Rummamer, and former commissioner of Alal County, Kelek Kon was named commissioner for Mijak, former commissioner of Mijak County.
Chol Adhol was appointed as commissioner for Amadh Aguook and Chan Piok Deng, former commissioner of Rummamer, was named as the new commissioner of Alal county.
