4 Raja citizens slain after SPLA find body of soldier

South Sudanese soldiers have killed four people in separate incidents since the body of one of their own was found on Friday in the al-Salam neighborhood of Raja.

A citizen in Raja town recounted that the four people killed by SPLA soldiers are all youths from the Raja community with one killed Saturday, two on Sunday and another on Monday.

He said the soldiers accused their victims of spying for the SPLM-IO, South Sudan's largest rebel group.

The source added the citizens are living in fear and panic due to the killing of youths in the area.
