A 35-year-old woman gave birth to triplets at Bor Civil Hospital in South Sudan’s Jonglei on Monday, a medical doctor said.
Angok Dau Wach hails from Twic East County. She gave birth to two daughters and a son naturally.
Mary Ajoh, a skilled birth attendant, said the babies are in good health and Angok will soon be discharged.
However, Angok was worried about her family's financial situation after she delivered the bundles of joy in Bor town, saying her husband is a peasant.
Angok urged well-wishers to support her babies.
