Three people allegedly linked to the killing of a pastor and a woman in the Gudele area in Juba have been arrested‚ police said on Monday.
Pastor Johnson Makueth and another pastor’s wife identified as Gloria Mathew were killed by gunmen on Sunday morning. Gloria’s husband John Ogawi was also injured.
Daniel Justin Boula, spokesman of South Sudan police, told Radio Tamazuj today that three suspects have been arrested by the police in connection with the incident.
A church member who preferred anonymity said the crime was committed by gunmen who came with a car.
He pointed out that some suspects who came with a Land Cruiser vehicle and attacked the house were arrested by the police.
