At least two people were killed and four others injured in an attack by a group of armed men in Northern Liech State over the weekend.
Bol South County Commissioner, Kochiang Kuol Gao told Radio Tamazuj that the incident happened on Friday and Saturday.
Kuol said the group which launched attacks on citizens in different locations of the county is made up of people from Luo, Kongor and Apuk tribes.
He called on the state government to send a border committee to the border areas to investigate the attack saying they are committed to living peacefully with their neighbors.
