Boma governor appoints youth minister, development adviser
The governor of South Sudan Boma State has appointed a new minister for youth and culture and state adviser for administration and development on Wednesday.
Governor Ismail Konyi appointed former deputy speaker in Jonglei, Butrous Ochalla, as the new minister of youth and culture.
Governor Konyi also appointed Lociano David as his adviser on administration and development.
The appointment comes after Pochalla politicians held a meeting with the state governor in which they complained about lack of representation in the state government.
