President Omar al-Bashir and President Salva Kiir met at a summit yesterday in Addis Ababa with the Ethiopian Prime Minister and Kenyan President to discuss transit fees for oil from South Sudan through Sudan's pipelines.

Sudan's foreign Ministry spokesman said the two presidents of Ethiopia and Kenya are keen to resolve outstanding issues between the two states, to reach an agreement to ensure stability in the region.
