South Sudan ponders deal with Texan company

South Sudan has received an offer from a Texas based company to create a pipeline from the state to the port of Lamu in Kenya.

Information Minister Barnabas Benjamin said the company offered to complete the pipeline on agreement between Juba and Nairobi in six months.

The Minister also said South Sudan signed an agreement with Ethiopia to build a pipeline passing through to the port of Djibouti.
