Citizens in Kadugli, South Kordofan have described their horror and intense panic at the sounds of bullets and missiles being fired by the Sudan Air Force out of the base in Kadugli.

Witnesses said the artillery fire was so violent that houses were shaking as if they were at the center of an earthquake.

A number of residents said the city was not sleeping as the SAF continued to direct bullets and rockets out of Kadugli in different directions.
