On Tuesday a delegation from the Misseriya met with local authorities in Rubkona province, near to the border in Unity state, South Sudan to discuss the Misseriya's use of the area for their livestock.

Sources told Radio Tamazuj the Misseriya were given a paper by provincial authorities to study and sign if they agreed to the terms.

The paper will be passed on to the Commissioner and Governor of Rubkona to discuss and sign over the coming days.
